AVer EVC170 is a video conferencing endpoint with an integrated meeting server for incredible performance in medium to large conference rooms, board rooms, and meetings rooms. Designed to make video conferencing feel as natural as possible, EVC170 comes with a 1080p Full HD video camera with full PTZ support: 12x lossless optical zoom, ±130° panning range, and -25° to +90° tilting range. AVer SmartFrame automatically frames the group, so everyone is included without any fuss.
AVer EVC170 comes with a professional video conferencing codec that is equipped with a built-in meeting server. It supports SIP, H.323, and WebRTC (with extra license) for interoperability across on-premise platforms. You can record meetings directly to a USB flash drive. AVer offers a wide range of software support to enhance the meeting experience, including EZDraw for collaborative editing using Android or iOS tablets and ScreenShare for wireless content sharing.
What’s more, with the latest firmware release, the Aver EVC170 video conferencing End Point is now upgradable to a 6 Points Multipoint Control Unit (MCU), making the EVC170 become a video conferencing server, facilitating connection of up to 5 other end-points to the Aver EVC170 system
Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC)
The EVC170 supports instant real-time communication over web browsers (Chrome or Firefox) with WebRTC integration. Use WebRTC to share slides or set up live customer support without an expensive third-party service (license upgrade required).
